InterBay, the specialist commercial lending arm of OSB Group, has published a broker guide, designed to help intermediaries develop competence in commercial and semi-commercial lending and identify relevant opportunities within their existing client books.
Titled “Diversify the InterBay Way”, the broker guide covers commercial lending terminology, valuation methods, underwriting considerations, owner-occupier lending, and the process of placing a commercial case with InterBay.
The guide has been produced for brokers who may be encountering increased client interest in commercial property but lack direct experience in that sector.
