Grosvenor Property UK (GPUK) has appointed Jonathan Rae as chief financial officer (CFO), taking over from Debbie Lee.
Rae has almost 20 years’ experience in finance roles across the UK property sector.
He joined from PLATFORM_, where he was finance director from 2018.
At PLATFORM_, Rae helped grow the business from around 600 to over 4,000 apartments and worked with several institutional investors.
Before PLATFORM_, Rae spent 11 years at British Land in several finance leadership roles, including head of retail finance and head of investor relations.
He also sits on the audit and risk committee and finance committee of Real Estate:UK and the audit and risk committee of Soho Housing.
Rae said: “I am delighted to be joining Grosvenor Property UK at such an important moment for the business.
“GPUK has a clear long-term strategy, a strong culture and a distinctive approach to creating and managing places.
