Nomo has launched the Nomo Academy to support brokers working with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) clients on UK property purchases.
The Academy will offer learning materials, product updates and guidance for brokers supporting GCC residents buying homes in England, Wales and Scotland.
It includes a learning hub, events and webinars covering topics such as Sharia’a finance and the UK property process.
The property finance team at Nomo runs the Academy, using their experience with GCC clients and working with brokers to add content and modules as needed.
Layla Hamidian, head of property finance sales and servicing at Nomo, said: “Since we launched our property finance proposition in 2023, we’ve worked hard to understand what brokers need to support their GCC clients with UK property purchases.
“We understand the hurdles and barriers they often come up against and have created the Nomo Academy to help make the process smoother and more accessible.
“Brokers will get the practical support and clear insights they need to feel confident working on these cases.”
Hamidian added: “This includes understanding how Sharia’a-compliant property finance works and how to prepare stronger applications.
“They will also benefit from regular, direct access to a broad range of Nomo team members.”
