Mint Property Finance, the specialist property finance lender, has appointed Irene Thomas (pictured) as managing director.
She joins with senior experience in specialist lending and financial services, including 14 years as director of commercial operations at Together and four years as chief operating officer at Assetz Capital.
Thomas will take responsibility for day-to-day leadership and operational management, supporting expansion and service standards.

Andrew Lazare, CEO at Mint Property Finance, who has led the company since it was founded in 2011, moves into the role of chief executive officer, focusing on strategic direction and long-term growth.
“I have run Mint since it was founded in 2011. 15 years on, I feel it’s the right time for someone else to run it, to allow me to focus on its strategic direction and further develop our lending proposition.
