App to provide white-labelled property reports
A new property intelligence platform has been launched, designed to provide two white-labelled property report formats that will help detail investment opportunities. The first is a detailed investor report for landlords, developers, deal sourcers and auction buyers; the second is an estate agent report that helps agents illustrate the improvement potential in selected listings to buyers.
The app-based Property Stalker can be used at speed, according to its founder Christopher May, who says that an investor sitting in an auction room, reviewing a catalogue or walking through a portfolio can use the app to assess multiple properties quickly, comparing opportunities and potential and producing a professional report that can be shared with other partners.
Meanwhile, for estate agents, the platform helps highlight what can be done, the costs and the ultimate value added by properties that boast development potential.
May said: “Estate agents do not need this for every property, but every branch has properties that investors would go crazy for if the potential was presented properly. Property Stalker helps agents show the upside, create buyer confidence, move those properties faster and potentially earn stronger fees by adding more value to the sale process.”
The ability to white-label
Both report types can be white-labelled. The investor report focuses on feasibility, ROI, GDV, build-cost modelling and investment presentation, while the estate agent report focuses on buyer potential, guide price, modelled improvement value, comparable evidence, indicative works budgets and a sales-led narrative designed to help buyers see what a property could become.
Property Stalker will be exhibiting the app and reports at the 100th National Landlord Investment Show at Old Billingsgate, London, on 8 July 2026 and the NRLA Connect Birmingham at Villa Park on 14 July 2026.
A retrofit and net-zero reporting module is also in development to help investors assess the indicative cost, value impact and energy-efficiency benefits of sustainability improvements.
May said: “A good property opportunity is not just a listing. It is the story behind the property – the numbers, the potential, the planning evidence, the build cost, the market evidence and the buyer angle. Property Stalker brings that together so people can make faster, better-informed decisions and present the opportunity professionally.”
