Under the renewed agreement, the Brightstar Group will continue using OMS’ CRM and workflow platform across its business.
The agreement gives Brightstar access to a single system bringing together integrated sourcing and criteria tools, as well as ongoing platform improvements across workflows, integrations and automation.
OMS said the extension would help Brightstar maintain efficient processes and consistent service levels, while supporting teams handling higher volumes and more complex cases.
The extension also reflects the growing importance of long-term technology partnerships in the intermediary market, as firms seek to improve connectivity and streamline operations.
OMS said it is an end-to-end platform covering residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging and commercial mortgages, as well as general insurance and protection.
