Mint Property Finance has strengthened its loan servicing team with the appointment of Ryan Jarman (pictured) as portfolio manager.
Jarman joins with experience in credit risk, credit management and property portfolio administration, having previously worked at Savills supporting a major real estate and infrastructure investment firm in Europe.
At Mint, he will manage borrower relationships throughout the life of their loans, supporting customers as projects progress.
Jarman said: “I wanted to make a significant contribution to the growth ambitions of a business that I feel does things the right way, and Mint feels like the perfect home for that.
“Moving into a lender environment felt like a natural progression for me.
