A home in Prestwich has earned a spot on Rightmove’s list of most-viewed homes under £400,000.
The property website published a roundup of the homes on June 3, and prices range from £149,000 to £378,304.
Featured on the list is a two-bedroom terraced house on Elizabeth Street in Prestwich, M25.
The home is described as a “characterful terrace on a pedestrianised street” and is near Heaton Park and Prestwich Village.

Rightmove says the mid-terrace is in the heart of Prestwich and is garnering attention because of its location on a fully pedestrianised and tree-lined street.
It adds: “Set back from the road, it provides guaranteed peace from passing vehicles while still being within easy reach of local amenities, and just a short stroll from Heaton Park.”
Photos of the home show off its original features such as a period fireplace, original wooden floorboards in the lounge, and wooden beams.
But the property has also been through some modern updates and includes double glazing.

It is priced at £305,000 and has two bedrooms, a loft, a lounge, entrance hall, a kitchen/diner, utility room, and one bathroom in addition to a flagged yard.
The Rightmove listing also boasts excellent transport links (near to the Metrolink), cast iron radiators, gas central heating, and a new boiler in 2026.
Locations of the other properties featured on the list include Nuneaton, Hull, Whithorn, and Preston.
