Hi-5 star Charli Robinson is selling her Sydney investment apartment.
Former Hi-5 star Charli Robinson is selling her Sydney investment apartment and admits she will miss the stunning views stretching across famous Coogee Beach.
The TV presenter and former radio host has owned the one-bedroom Coogee unit in the landmark Coogee Waters building since 2012.
“I only lived there for a short time during Dancing With The Stars (filming) and hosting a national night show on 2dayFM,” said Ms Robinson, who has two daughters with her racing car driver partner Liam Talbot.
“After a few months I was offered a breakfast radio gig in the Gold Coast so I bought a property in Broadbeach.”

She said the Coogee lifestyle was hard to beat.
“This apartment has the convenience of a restaurant downstairs for your morning coffee, the beautiful beach just steps away, and those iconic coastal walks in both directions,” Ms Robinson said.
“But the real magic happens the moment you walk through the door — it’s genuinely breathtaking, with nothing but pure ocean views.
“Being on the top level means uninterrupted water views from every window, along with a sense of peace and privacy that’s hard to find.”

The unit has a northeast wing position with secure lift access and a new wraparound entertainer’s terrace.
“A very special memory is having a shower watching whales jump,” she said.
“Unbelievable, with ocean views at every window including the shower.”
Ms Robinson said it would suit a couple or single buyer as well as an investor.
“I have managed it for the past decade,” Ms Robinson said.
“It is incredibly sought after and booked out 365 days a year.
“The holiday rental has strong returns.”

With family based in Port Stephens, Ms Robinson said she wanted to buy an investment property closer to them.
“Work often has me filming in Sydney, which means I’m frequently in hotels and rarely able to enjoy this apartment to its fullest,” she said.
“It’s a beautiful space that deserves to be lived in and loved — an exceptional opportunity for someone to make it their own treasured retreat.”

Ms Robinson and her partner are no stranger to real estate.
Last year, they sold their Bulimba investment property in Brisbane for $3.36m.
“After my partner Liam and I sold property in Bulimba, I rediscovered the excitement of real estate.” Ms Robinson said.
“I’ve worked hard throughout my career, and property investment has become something I genuinely enjoy.”
Charli Robinson’s Coogee property is a one-bedroom unit.
The family’s Chandler home base was bought by Mr Talbot in 2019, almost a year after their first daughter was born – with some of the perks being it has a massive 16 car park spaces, a separate two bedroom apartment for guests, wine cellar and privacy galore sitting on over 1ha of land.
“I’ll admit I didn’t know Brisbane particularly well, and I often joke that love is what brought me here — and kept me,” she said.
“Our daughters absolutely adore their school, and we’ve settled into our dream home in Chandler, so our piece of acreage is happily home.
“Of course, I really miss my parents and sister in NSW, but with Newcastle just a short one-hour flight away, we make the trip as often as we can.”
Naomi Ng and James Ball of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty – Double Bay alongside Stephanie Farah of NG Farah are taking the property to auction on June 6.
