Keystone Property Finance has appointed Steve Griffiths as commercial director, as the lender continues to invest in growth and enhance its proposition for brokers and their clients.
Griffiths will work alongside David Whittaker, chief executive officer, and Elise Coole, managing director, with responsibility for overseeing both sales and product marketing functions to support the next phase of the lender’s expansion.
He brings more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, with a background in the specialist mortgage sector.
He joins from Shawbrook Bank, where he was commercial director for retail mortgage brands, including The Mortgage Lender and Bluestone, and played a role in expanding intermediary distribution and developing product and pricing strategies.
The appointment follows a period of growth for Keystone, including the completion of a new funding line aimed at increasing lending capacity, alongside an expansion of its sales team.
