While a successful transaction is obviously greatly beneficial to you and those directly involved, the Property Deal of the Year will need to have had a positive effect on everyone. Namely, we’ll be looking at how your deal has impacted the surrounding community, the environment, other businesses in the sector and more.
The reach of your deal
Exceeding the financial implications of your work, our independent judges will be analysing the scale of your deals’ influence in other ways. From the geographical implications of your transaction to any international impacts it may have generated, we’ll be looking at the reach your deal has had throughout the region and beyond.
