The Property Centre shone at the ESTAS (Estate Agent and Lettings Awards) 2025 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London, with 10 prizes.
They included best in county for Worcestershire through its St John’s and Tolladine Road offices.

The Cheltenham office was awarded Best Estate Agent Office In The UK for the second consecutive year.

With offices also in Gloucester and Stroud, the awards also included Best In County for Gloucestershire as well as Gold awards for Best Estate Agent in both the Southern and West Midland Regions and Best Regional Estate Agency Group in the Southern Region overall.
Further accolades included a People’s Award for Lorna Mills, a Bronze Award for The Property Centre’s Abbeymead branch in the Southern Region and Bronze for its St John’s office in the West Midlands Region while the company took Bronze for Best Regional Estate Agency Group in the UK.
The awards, which marked its 22nd anniversary this year, honours the best agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers in the UK.
The top prizes are awarded based on the service ratings achieved via customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS platform.
