Hive Homes revealed Roedeer Gardens, off Seedfield Road, at a special event attended by VIPs and Hive Homes’ managing director, Ed Milner.
The First Homes properties were reserved immediately, with interest high for the rest.
The site consists of homes for market sale, alongside a mix of affordable homes, First Homes, and shared ownership properties.
Thanks to a Section 106 agreement, the development included a car park for the adjacent Seedhill Juniors Football Club.
Mr Milner said: “Bury is in desperate need of new housing options and Roedeer Gardens is providing some much-needed homes.”
“Roedeer Gardens will not only create a new community, it has also helped to provide a local junior football club with a new facility.”
“The development has proved very popular with customers, with the show home being well visited, so we are hoping for more reservations and to welcome people into their new homes in 2026.”
