It is one of various planning applications received by Havering Council between August 6 and August 12.
The plans will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.
In Hornchurch, a first floor could be added to a home in Great Nelmes Chase (P1082.24).
Single storey front and rear extensions are also planned after the demolition of an existing garage and conservatory.
A gym and study could also be built in the back garden of a home in Erith Crescent, Romford (P1083.24).
In Elm Road, there are plans to demolish an existing garage and to replace it with a two storey, three bedroom, end terrace house (P1045.24).
A house in Park Drive might also start being used as an HMO if planning approval is granted (P1088.24).
A home in Rush Green Road could also undergo a change of use, after one applicant asked to use it as a children’s home for up to two children (P1089.24).
A two-storey three bedroom house could soon be built to the side of an existing house in Cardinal Way, Rainham (P0947.24).
In Lake Avenue, a small existing building on a plot of land could be demolished to make way for new homes (P1004.24).
Under current plans, five new homes would then be built on the site.
In Hornchurch, two homes in Mill Park Avenue are earmarked for demolition so that a nine bedroom detached house can be built in their place (P1084.24).
JCDecaux have asked for permission to make alterations to a number of Havering Council’s advertising boards, after they were awarded a contract to manage the signs (A0034.24 is one example).
A house in Park Lane, Hornchurch, could also soon be turned into a day nursery under a different plan (P1079.24).
Under other plans, three new homes would be created on the second and first floor of a shop building in Station Road, Upminster (J0023.24).
A detached games room could also be built for a property in Corbets Tey Road (P1097.24).
