Frasers Property UK has let 6,060 sq ft of office space at Maxis Business Park, Bracknell, to an unnamed cloud-based and AI-driven enterprise software firm.
The occupier has taken fitted office space on the second floor of Maxis 1 and will join a growing community of occupiers at the park, including Dexcom, Evelyn Partners, Cadence and Panasonic.
