Cromwell Tools is bringing a significant industrial property portfolio to market as part of a wider rationalisation of its estate.
The Leicester-based engineering and industrial supplies group has appointed Aitchison Raffety, part of property consultancy Graham + Sibbald, to advise on the disposal of 15 industrial trade units located across the UK.
The portfolio comprises industrial space with unit sizes ranging from 1,800 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft. Sites include established industrial locations such as Barking and Slough, offering strong transport connectivity and operational flexibility.
The disposals present a range of opportunities for both occupiers and investors, with options including lease assignments, lease surrenders, freehold and long leasehold sales, as well as the availability of new leases on selected properties.
Aitchison Raffety said the instruction reflects ongoing demand for adaptable industrial and trade accommodation, particularly in established urban and regional locations.
Gerard Barry, director at Aitchison Raffety, said: “We are proud to be working with Cromwell Tools on this important portfolio instruction. The disposal programme demonstrates our ability to deliver strategic property solutions on a national scale, combining local expertise with the resources of Graham + Sibbald to achieve the best outcomes for our client.”
