Ward Hadaway has become an associate member of the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA).
Ward Hadaway is a law firm with an established real estate and property finance practice.
It has offices in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle and can offer legal services to bridging and development lenders, such as support on acquisition funding, development finance, loan management, exit planning, recovery and enforcement.
The BDLA represents the bridging and development lending community, with nearly 100 lender and associate members, with the total lender member loan exceeding £10.3bn.
