MSP Capital has named Ben Arnold as its new director of property services.
Mr Arnold said: “I’ll be utilising my past experiences in a range of property roles to lead and support the team and our customers to help deliver their projects to a successful conclusion.”
He brings more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial property.
He also has expertise in valuation, development land, and planning across the south of England.
He previously worked at Savills as development director and land and planning director at Pennyfarthing Homes.
During his time at Pennyfarthing, he secured planning approvals for 1,885 new homes and managed the acquisition of more than 3,000 land plots.
