Millbrook Business Finance has appointed Sally Chesterton as its operations director.
Bringing more than 15 years of business finance experience to the role, Chesterton will oversee all internal operations, processes, systems, and delivery at Millbrook Business Finance.
This will be with a focus on scalability and professionalism.
Chesterton’s previous experience includes nine months as a regional sales manager at Shawbrook, four years as a senior regional sales manager at InterBay, and three-and-a-half years as the business development director for asset finance at Metro Bank.
She was most recently the sales and operations director at Love Finance for nearly two years, where she was responsible for compliance as well as 80 sales and admin staff.
Chesterton said: “I am delighted to join the Millbrook team, and I’m eager to contribute to their continued success and future growth. I look forward to bringing my skills and experience to this dynamic and innovative company, whilst helping them to scale effectively.”
