Burnetts Solicitors LLP has appointed Paul Brown and Nicola Nutley as equity partners.
Mr Brown, a serious injury partner for the firm, and Ms Nutley, the head of banking and property finance, joined the equity partnership on April 1.
Mr Brown, who is the brain injury lead in the firm’s serious injury team, joined Burnetts in 2018.
He has more than 20 years of experience supporting clients with personal injury claims following serious brain, amputation, and spinal injuries.
Ms Nutley joined the firm in 2021 and is a leading banking lawyer.
Her main area of practice is advising in relation to finance and funding transactions.
She has experience across a range of sectors, including the funding of property acquisition and development transactions, the funding of corporate acquisitions, and funding in the social housing, education, and healthcare sectors.
Ms Nutley said: “From the very first day that I joined Burnetts, I felt at home.
