Brickflow has joined forces with Factored, a UK rent advance specialist, to give brokers and landlords faster access to short-term liquidity solutions.
The partnership brings 24-hour funding advances of up to £50,000 onto Brickflow’s digital property finance platform, targeting landlords who need upfront capital while managing rental income or waiting for refinancing to complete.
What Factored brings to the platform
Factored, which has been trading for just over three years, operates exclusively in the UK and specialises in smaller ticket advances that sit alongside the larger loan facilities already available through Brickflow.
The product is structured around a single transparent fee based on the advance amount, rather than a layered interest schedule, making it straightforward for landlords and brokers to understand.
Advances can be used for a range of purposes, including:
- Property refurbishment
- EPC upgrades
- Business growth
- Maintaining cashflow during a refinance
The product is designed to function alongside other lending, particularly when landlords are bridging the gap between a pending refinance and their immediate funding needs. Introducing brokers can also earn commission on referrals.
“Brickflow is committed to building out tools and funding options for brokers and borrowers,” said Frazer Campbell, chief revenue officer at Brickflow. “Factored introduces an innovative offering that works alongside traditional property finance and can be particularly useful for landlords managing cash flow or waiting for refinancing.”
How the partnership fits Brickflow’s strategy
Factored joins the growing list of professional partners featured on Brickflow’s platform, where services are showcased to users looking for additional funding solutions. The move reflects Brickflow’s broader aim of expanding tools and options to keep pace with evolving broker and borrower needs, rather than limiting its offer to primary lending products.
“We’re excited to partner with Brickflow, whose presence in the UK keeps growing, and bring our rent advance solution to a wider network of brokers and landlords across the UK,” said Ben Schuldenfrei, co-founder of Factored. “Our goal is to provide fast, simple access to capital that helps property professionals keep projects moving.”
