Brickflow has added Pallas Capital to its lending panel, giving brokers on the platform access to the lender’s development and bridging finance products.
The move expands the specialist property finance available through Brickflow’s digital marketplace, which connects brokers with more than 150 lenders.
Pallas Capital’s development finance offering on the platform includes loans from £1 million to £35 million, with lending of up to 70% loan to gross development value. It supports residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, with underwriting that accommodates varying levels of developer experience.
Its bridging finance products available through Brickflow range from £250,000 to £35 million, with lending up to 75% loan-to-value. They cover residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, as well as land with planning permission.
Both firms are targeting brokers who handle mid-market transactions requiring quick credit decisions. Pallas Capital’s flat credit structure is intended to shorten decision-making times and provide early clarity on the likelihood of support.
Broker access
Brickflow is a digital sourcing and application platform for commercial property finance. Brokers use it to compare rates and lending criteria and to progress applications through a single system.
The platform has been expanding its lender panel to widen the range of funding options available. Adding Pallas Capital introduces a lender focused on bridging, refurbishment and development lending across UK real estate assets.
Pallas Group manages a loan book of £1.8 billion and has completed more than 1,100 loans and other investments worth close to £5 billion since 2016. For brokers using Brickflow, this adds a lender with an established presence in specialist property finance.
The partnership broadens lenders’ options for projects that may not meet the criteria of high street banks. That is particularly relevant in development finance and bridging, where speed of response and a willingness to assess complex property assets can influence whether a transaction proceeds.
Management comments
Glenn Franklin-Jones, Director of Lender Relations at Brickflow, said the addition is part of the platform’s broader effort to expand lender choice for intermediaries.
“We’re delighted to welcome Pallas Capital to Brickflow, following their UK launch in January. Their flexible approach to both development and bridging finance, combined with a strong funding base and global track record, makes them an excellent addition to the platform,” said Franklin-Jones.
“Pallas Capital’s focus on building long-term broker relationships aligns closely with our own values, and we’re excited to provide brokers with seamless access to their products through Brickflow,” he continued.
Anna Thompson, Originator at Pallas Capital, said the platform provides access to a broader broker audience.
“Pallas Capital is a modern, flexible lender with a commitment to expanding our offering to as many brokers as possible. Brickflow allows us to do just that,” she said.
“We received our first lead on day one of going live on the platform – an early indicator that this is a promising partnership. Our aim is to act with integrity and quickly build a reputation for deliverability. We are excited to work with Brickflow as part of our journey,” Thompson added.
Market focus
The partnership reflects continued competition among specialist lenders and finance platforms for broker distribution in the UK property market. Digital sourcing systems have become increasingly important as brokers look for faster ways to compare specialist funding lines and manage client applications.
Specialist lenders are also seeking broader distribution as borrowers turn to non-bank finance for projects involving land, mixed-use assets and development schemes that require a more tailored underwriting approach. Lenders that can provide both development and bridging loans can meet a wider range of borrower needs, from land acquisition and short-term transactions to full construction funding.
Brokers can now access Pallas Capital directly through Brickflow’s platform, adding another option for transactions across residential, commercial and mixed-use property.
