Woodland House, part of the Woodland Park development in Cleckheaton, has been sold by Parker and Parker Investments for £2m.
The sale of the 17,895 sq ft property was brokered by the Leeds office of global property consultancy, Knight Frank.
Woodland House has been acquired by KJA Group Chartered Accountants.

“There’s no doubt that and well-located office buildings remain attractive investments, provided the price is right. Woodland House falls firmly into this category. It was very satisfying to complete this important transaction in conjunction with our client.”
