Mike is the Chairman, CEO, and founder of Allied London Group, an award-winning multi-platform real estate investment, development and services group. Since joining Allied London in 1995 and privatising the business in 2000, Mike has been responsible for the complete restructuring of the business, and earned a reputation for tackling complex, difficult and pioneering developments, as well as the restoration of listed historic buildings such as The Bonded Warehouse (Manchester), The Malthouse (Leeds), and ongoing work to the former London Road Fire Station (Manchester). Mike also developed the well-known Spinningfields area of Manchester.
Mike has won numerous awards and most notably in 2014, was listed in the politics section of Debrett’s 500, which lists Britain’s 500 most influential people, it was noted that he plays a fundamental role in the nation’s property market and in particular, city centre redevelopment.
