Redwing, a Liverpool-based property agency, has been appointed by developer Davos Developments to deliver Simpson House, a new Build-to-Rent scheme featuring 30 premium apartments in the heart of Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
This is the first residential scheme from Davos Property Developments, the Liverpool property company owned by Home Bargains billionaire Tom Morris, marking the beginning of a wider investment programme in the city’s regeneration.
Due for completion this November, Simpson House offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments designed with an industrial-chic aesthetic that reflects the creative energy of Liverpool’s renowned Baltic Triangle.
Apartments are fully furnished and available to reserve from £1,000pcm, with Redwing managing the full marketing, lettings, and property management in-house.
Located just off Jamaica Street, Simpson House places residents in one of Liverpool’s most desirable districts, surrounded by independent coffee shops, rooftop bars, art studios, and music venues.
Inside, the development offers 20 unique layouts across 30 apartments, blending original warehouse architecture with premium finishes including matte black fixtures, brushed metal details, quartz worktops, and integrated appliances.
While retaining its original character the building has been refurbished, achieving EPC ratings of B and C for energy efficiency.
Residents will also receive an exclusive Simpson House Loyalty Card for the nearby Love Lane Brewery, offering 20% off food and drink.
Michelle Brooks, head of operations at Redwing, said: “Simpson House represents a new benchmark for renting in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
“With Davos Developments, we’re bringing homes to market that combine high quality design with character and an unbeatable location – offering tenants a lifestyle that reflects the energy and creativity of the area.”
She added: “The strong early interest we’ve seen is testament to the quality of these homes and effectiveness of our marketing strategy. We expect these to let quickly and look forward to welcoming our first residents later this year.”
Simpson House is part of Davos’s continued investment in the regeneration of Liverpool, where it is bringing forward several sites.
Redwing is part of the Liverpool-based Regenda housing group.
