Japanese REIT Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation has announced the acquisition of a residential property in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, for JPY1.23 billion, with the deal set to close on 01 July 2026.
The REIT, managed by Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co. Ltd., concluded the purchase agreement on 22 June 2026, continuing its strategy of steady portfolio growth through targeted residential acquisitions.
The property, to be renamed Gran Casa Kasai following the acquisition, is currently known as ALPHACOURT KASAI and is located at 6-17-1, Nakakasai, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo.
The REIT is acquiring the five-storey reinforced concrete building, completed on 12 February 2026, which comprises 34 leasable units across a mix of 1K, 1LDK, 2LDK, and 3LDK layouts, with a total floor area of 1,307.03 square metres.
