Birmingham City Council is set to auction seven more properties through Bond Wolfe’s live-streamed sale this month as part of its ongoing effort to offload surplus land and buildings.
The auction, taking place on Thursday, 27 March, features a mix of properties, including a six-bedroom detached house in Sutton Coldfield, a former caretaker’s house in Kings Heath, a shop on Dudley Road, a vacant land parcel in Northfield and three commercial ground rents.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “This is another great opportunity to acquire sites in Birmingham with considerable potential. From substantial homes in excellent areas to commercial premises and valuable ground rents, they all offer the potential for an excellent return on investment.
“We are pleased to be able to offer these seven lots for Birmingham City Council as part of their programme of disposals via our online live-streamed auctions.”
The Sutton Coldfield home at 83 Lichfield Road, has a guide price of £600,000 and offers potential for development.
Northfield land, measuring 337 square meters, is listed at £125,000.
Other highlights include a three-bedroom former caretaker’s house in Kings Heath at £200,000, a commercial investment on Dudley Road with a guide price of £220,000, and three ground rent investments, including industrial land in Hockley (£325,000), a car service centre site on Moseley Road (£170,000), and office/warehouse space on Pentos Drive (£55,000).
