The Al Omrane Group on Friday in Brussels launched a new stage of the Al Omrane Expo Marocains du Monde 2026, as part of its international tour dedicated to Moroccans living abroad.
According to a statement, the event is in line with the policy of the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, which has made close engagement with Moroccans abroad one of its strategic priorities.
This stop offers a prime forum for meeting and exchanging with Moroccans in Belgium and the Benelux countries on real estate investment opportunities in Morocco, the support schemes already in place, and the assistance and financing mechanisms available to them.
On Saturday, the institutional conference «Real Estate Investment by Moroccans Abroad: Opportunities, Support Measures and the Housing Assistance Programme» was attended by Hassan Touri, Morocco’s consul general in Brussels, and Najjah Dimou, Morocco’s consul general in Liège, alongside representatives of Moroccan expatriate associations, as well as institutional and financial partners.
The conference provided an opportunity to highlight the national direct housing assistance scheme, Daam Sakane, along with the measures introduced to make it easier for Moroccans residing abroad to invest in real estate in their home country. Over three days, from May 15 to 17, visitors had the chance to engage more broadly and directly with teams from the Al Omrane Group and with the banking partners present at the fair.
This approach is based in particular on strengthening the Group’s digital presence through its platform, www.alomrane.gov.ma, rolling out outreach initiatives through international fairs and the national summer campaign, and developing partnerships with the various institutional and financial stakeholders concerned.
