The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has restructured its national account manager and support team structure and appointed Robyn Truslove as its new mortgage development manager.
The mortgage network will introduce a three-region model, with Chelsea Kiefert overseeing the South West, Wales and the Midlands, Kim Lissner managing the South East, and Jaydn Rigley responsible for Scotland, Northern Ireland, the North, and North West.
The newly restructured regional teams will “focus on identifying firms with strong growth ambitions and supporting them in achieving their business development goals”.
The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has said the strengthening relationships with appointed representative (AR) firms is a “key priority” for the team, and there would be a “continued emphasis on proactive communication and efficiency issue resolution”.
The national account managers will also oversee firm relationships and bolster recruitment initiatives in their regional areas.
Truslove will work with Victoria Clark, head of lending at The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, and oversee the delivery of support to member firms.

This includes building and maintaining relationships through business development, supporting advisers, improving the mortgage proposition, and driving productivity and professional development.
Truslove previously worked at The Right Advice as a self-employed mortgage and protection specialist for around four years.
Prior to that, she was at Meriden Financial Planning for around two years, initially as a mortgage and protection adviser and then as an administrative specialist.
Clark said: “Having Robyn as a part of the team with her years of experience in mortgages, protection, adviser training, and business development is such an asset. She brings a wealth of experience that will further strengthen The Right Mortgage proposition, as well as working closely with our advisers.
“She has a proven track record of delivering outstanding client outcomes, and we’re confident she’ll make a valuable contribution to firms right across the network. Along with the new regional restructure, we believe this will allow us to better support all our firms and advisers, identifying growth-focused members and offering them enhanced support to meet their goals and ambitions.”
Truslove said: “I’m thrilled to be taking on the role of mortgage development manager within the network; it’s a business I have always believed in and have loved being a part of. Our advisers are at the heart of what we do and I’m really looking forward to helping them grow as individuals and as businesses.”
