Jeni Browne, business development director at Mortgage Finance Brokers, lauded the development of the tool, saying it is an example of working outside of the box to find ways to support the landlord and the broker community.
“Having an underwriting view on where capital could be raised, can only be a real value add for any active investor,” she said.
