Pivotal Growth has bought Solihull-based Xact Mortgages Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
The mortgage and protection broker has seven advisers and has expanded its relationships into the ‘New Build’ sector.
Xact Mortgages will join Pivotal’s existing ‘New Build’ division, which is led by Daniel Mumford from Grange Mortgage and Protection Services Limited.
Mayank Prakash, group chief executive of Pivotal, said: “Xact Mortgages is a fantastic addition to the Pivotal group.
“Their expertise, strong presence in the New Build sector, and shared client-first approach perfectly complement our growth strategy.
“We are excited about the opportunities ahead as Pivotal’s specialist teams continue to deliver greater value to our clients and the wider property market.”
Pivotal Growth is a joint venture between LSL Property Services, the parent company of mortgage network Primis, and private equity firm Pollen Street Capital.
The group has now made more than 20 deals, after buying Doncaster-based Believe Money Group, in September.
