Delta Mortgages has made the move into new headquarters in Bournemouth after doubling in size in just over six months since launch.
Delta Mortgages, now based at Venaspace, Wilson House on Lorne Park Road, was formed through the merger of BWM Mortgages and Heritage Mortgages.
The business started with a team of 14 mortgage brokers and three support team members and has now grown to 28 mortgage brokers and seven support team members.
Luke Atkinson, managing director at Delta Mortgages, said he was delighted with the growth the business had achieved in such a short space of time.
“The new vibrant branding and bringing the business together under one name have captured the imagination of clients who want something different from their mortgage broker,” he added.
“People do not just want a mortgage product. They want a friendly, jargon-free connection and clear guidance, especially in a complex economic climate. That’s what we’ve built Delta Mortgages around, and the feedback we’ve had from clients has been phenomenal.”
The move to a larger HQ in central Bournemouth gives Delta Mortgages the space to grow its team further and continue expanding its client service and specialist lending support.
