Question: I’m worried about my mortgage renewal. I’ve been on a five-year fixed rate with Bank of Ireland since 2019 and am due to have it renewed in June.
I’m afraid it is going to be unaffordable and I’ve been largely ignoring all the rate increases since they didn’t apply to me.
