Former chief of property listings group REA Tracey Fellows has listed her terrace in blue-chip Albert Park in Melbourne’s inner south with a price guide of $12.5 million to $13.5 million.
Canadian-born Fellows paid $3.375 million for the St Vincent Place South terrace in 2012, two years before taking the top job at the News Corp majority-owned behemoth, which she helmed between 2014 and 2019.
