Investment, protection and retirement specialist LV= has appointed Nikesh Mistry as chief audit officer, subject to regulatory approval.
Mistry joins from previous senior roles at Phoenix Group and HSBC, bringing experience in audit and assurance across financial services and insurance.
In his new role, Mistry will lead the mutual’s audit function and join the LV= executive team, reporting to CEO David Hynam.
