Mortgage Brain has rolled out a new CRM Brain update, with over 50 changes introduced based on broker feedback.
The latest production release includes new features such as equity release and bridging finance journeys, enabling advisers to manage more case types and diversify revenue streams.
New configurable alerts help users stay on top of workloads, while a comprehensive case history offers a full audit trail for better visibility and compliance.
The update also brings improvements to Sourcing Brain, allowing brokers to re-source existing mortgage scenarios without re-entering data.
Buy-to-let (BTL) portfolio management has been enhanced to streamline workflows.
User experience and interface changes have been made to the client file and fact find sections.
