RESIDENTS have this weekend to give their opinion on the proposed St Godwalds Road developments as the consultation period comes to an end, writes Neil Gordon.
Housebuilder Persimmon Homes is looking to build up to 240 new homes, as well as green spaces, on land at Finstall, and have confirmed the three-week consultation period ends on Sunday (May 31).
The spokesperson also added: “At this stage, we are not planning a public meeting during the consultation period for the outline application; however, we will keep engagement under review and may look to undertake further activity as part of any future reserved matters application.”
The consultation period comes as around 1,000 letters were sent out detailing plans for the development which includes new properties, a landscaped led layout, extensive public open spaces, improved walking and cycling connections and ecological enhancements.
A new access from St Godwalds Road is also planned.
Residents can visit: resident-portal.co.uk/finstall/yourfeedback or email: [email protected] to provide feedback on the proposals.
