Specialist property finance lender Lendhub has promoted Francesco Prelorenzo (pictured) to investment director.
The lender said the appointment recognised his contribution across institutional capital raising, complex deal structuring and execution, people and operational development, and transformation initiatives across the business.
Prelorenzo has previous experience in UK real estate, having started his career at Deloitte in the infrastructure and real estate team in London.
He later worked as head of investments at Proseed Group.
Lendhub is focused on growing lending volumes, expanding its product range and deepening institutional partnerships as it entered its next phase of growth.
Christopher Adamou, chief executive and founder of Lendhub, said: “My working relationship with Francesco goes back to 2019, before he formally joined the business.
“This promotion is a reflection of the trust built over time, the breadth of his skillset, and the impact he has delivered so far during his short tenure at Lendhub.
“It is a natural next step in strengthening the leadership team as we look to grow and enhance our offering to the market.”
Prelorenzo said: “Specialist lending is growing in both relevance and complexity.
“In a challenging market where developers and landlords are being squeezed on all sides, vanilla transactions are increasingly hard to come by and with that, a growing number of borrowers are turning to specialist lenders capable of delivering flexible, tailored capital solutions.
“It is an exciting moment to step into this role, and I look forward to building on the strong foundations the team has established.”
