Private real estate investment, asset management and development company L&O has appointed Henry Bott as partner to support its Central London development pipeline expand its UK investment platform.
Henry joins from Swire Properties, bringing 15 years’ international experience across the US and Asia.
He most recently served as president of its US business, overseeing major mixed-use and residential developments.
In his new role, Henry will work with the leadership team to advance key projects, including schemes in Victoria and Finsbury Square, while supporting investment activity.
He said: “L&O’s core values closely align with my own and I’m excited to join at such a dynamic stage of its growth.
“The opportunity to broaden the investor base and deliver impactful projects is compelling.
“The transformation of the Buckingham Green estate is particularly exciting – an opportunity to create a more holistic, truly integrated and experience-led destination that will contribute meaningfully to the future of Victoria and St James’s Park.”
Henry’s appointment reflects L&O’s focus on expanding its UK platform and delivering large-scale developments across Central London.
Mark Cannell, partner at L&O, added: “Henry’s appointment is a key step in driving our next phase of growth.
“His global perspective and deep expertise in asset repositioning and mixed-use development will be invaluable as we expand our investor base and advance major projects such as the redevelopment of Windsor & Christchurch House at Buckingham Green.
“Despite ongoing market uncertainty, London remains a highly attractive investment destination.
“We see strong opportunities ahead, particularly for those with a steady hand and a level head.
“Henry will play a central role in helping us realise these.”
