Grosvenor has named Jamie Whitty-Lewis as chief executive of its UK property business, succeeding James Raynor, who became chief executive of the international property business last month.
Jamie Whitty-Lewis will move into the role of UK chief executive in December
Whitty-Lewis is currently executive director of finance at Grosvenor Property UK (GPUK) and was due to become chief financial officer in April 2026.
Current UK CFO Debbie Lee will now remain in post until a new CFO is found, when she will move to CFO of the international business, replacing the retiring Rob Davis in summer 2026.
Whitty-Lewis has held several roles at Grosvenor and was most recently responsible for the financial management of the London estate, Grosvenor’s largest single direct property holding.
Before joining Grosvenor, he worked in PepsiCo’s European HQ and spent three years in BDO’s external audit practice.
Raynor said: “I am delighted to have Jamie succeed me in the role of CEO of our UK property business.
“He has a deep understanding of our London Estate, having been responsible for its financial management, wide-ranging experience and expertise built in a variety of roles, including as Grosvenor reporting director, and a natural leadership style that I am confident will guide the business through its continued growth trajectory, supported by an exceptionally strong executive team”.
Whitty-Lewis added: “I am honoured to take up the role of CEO of Grosvenor Property UK and to be given the opportunity to build on the commercial success we have achieved in recent years, the environmental leadership we have demonstrated and the strength of the partnerships we have forged.
“We have some outstanding projects to deliver, including the creation of South Molton, London’s West End’s largest mixed-use development and the transformation of Grosvenor Square.
“I am also excited about the further growth of our private credit business, funding projects that boost housing supply and help decarbonise the built environment. It is a great privilege to lead such a talented team, and I am excited for everything that we can achieve together.”
