This week, a sprawling Toorak estate on one of the suburb’s best streets – St Georges Road – sold about six months after it hit the Melbourne trophy market guiding $45.5 million to $50 million.
Set on an oversized block of 3509 square metres, the 1920s Mediterranean revival style house has nine bathrooms and parking for seven cars. It was the deceased estate of the late Zofia Kipen.
