Brickflow has joined the Bridging & Development Lenders Association as an Associate Member, marking a further step in the platform’s engagement with the specialist property finance market.
Brickflow is a digital marketplace for specialist property finance, designed to help brokers and borrowers access development finance, bridging loans and commercial mortgages.
The platform has been built by a team with backgrounds across development, broking, borrowing and lending, with a focus on improving transparency, speed and decision-making within the sector.
The BDLA is the UK’s only trade association dedicated to representing bridging and development lenders and their customers.
It now represents 55 lender members with a combined loan book of more than £13bn, while total membership, including associate firms, has grown to over 100 organisations.
Adam Tyler said: “Technology now plays a central role in how specialist property finance is sourced and delivered and platforms, like Brickflow, improve clarity, speed and decision-making are becoming part of how the market works day to day, helping to deliver improved outcomes for brokers and their clients.
“We’re pleased to welcome Brickflow as an Associate Member of the BDLA – their focus on transparency and efficiency supports the standards we promote across the sector.”
Frazer Campbell added: “Joining the BDLA is an important step for Brickflow. It reflects both our growth and our long-term commitment to the specialist lending market.
