Melton Building Society has strengthened its broker sales team with the appointment of a business development manager (BDM) and broker sales team manager.
Heidi Lang (pictured, left) has been made BDM, joining from The Nottingham, where she has worked for nearly two decades, most recently as a BDM.
She has experience working across a building society and supporting the needs of intermediaries.
At Melton Building Society, Land will support and develop relationships across the mutual’s broker network.
The mutual has also promoted Sydney Dickens-Smith (pictured, right) from the role of senior mortgage processor to broker team sales manager.
She was in her previous role for almost seven years, and Melton Building Society said that in that time, Dickens-Smith had demonstrated dedication, expertise and leadership.

In her new role, Dickens-Smith will oversee the ongoing operations and development of the broker sales department, working closely with Lang and the wider team.
