Hope Capital Property Finance has rejoined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) as a patron.
The lender said the decision follows its attendance at the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo 2025, where it launched a commercial conversions product aimed at supporting investors converting underutilised space into semi-commercial or residential properties.
Hope Capital said feedback from brokers at the event contributed to its decision to return to the trade body.
The firm plans to use its patron status to strengthen distribution and increase engagement with brokers as it continues to develop its product offering.
Kim Parker (pictured), director of lending operations and commercial strategy at Hope Capital Property Finance, said: “We saw real appetite for our Commercial Conversions Product, and becoming a patron again allows us to build on that momentum.
“We’re excited to reconnect with members and introduce our offering to brokers we’ve not worked with before.”
Jim Higginbotham, chief executive of the NACFB, said: “We’re delighted to welcome back Hope Capital Property Finance.
“Their decision to rejoin demonstrates the breadth of opportunity our members offer lenders operating across the commercial finance sphere.
“We’re looking forward to working closely with the Hope team to ensure that their patronage is maximised, and crucially, they continue to deepen their connection with our brokers.”
