A property sector technology firm has added to its estate with a takeover.
Iamproperty has bought The ValPal Network.
Bosses say the swoop – sealed for an undisclosed sum – will boost the Newcastle-headquartered company’s “mission to transform the property sector”.
They add the move for the Kent-based lead generation and marketing platform, which works with more than 4000 estate agency partners, will create “the most powerful, end-to-end lead generation capability in the UK residential property market”.
Ben Ridgway, co-founder of Iamproperty, which includes the Iamsold online residential property auction business, said: “The ValPal Network represents an excellent fit as we continue to enhance our artificial intelligence capabilities and broaden our digital ecosystem.
“The ValPal Network’s portfolio of artificial intelligence-powered software services transforms the lead generation process for estate agents, driving revenue and saving time and costs.
“Integrating these capabilities into Iamproperty bolsters our tech-driven marketing and lead generation services.”
Nat Daniels, founder and chief executive at The ValPal Network, which operates from a Beckenham base, added: “We are thrilled to be joining Iamproperty, having enjoyed a great relationship with the team for many years.
“The combination of our technology and advanced artificial intelligence, their technology and our combined expertise and creativity will help The ValPal Network accelerate its growth.”
