Initial public offerings are “coming back” to the UK as a result of recent rule reforms, the co-CEO of Goldman Sachs International has said, despite no listings on the UK’s main market in the third quarter.
“We think IPOs are coming back to London, and we’re going to see a reasonable series of them in 2026 and beyond,” Anthony Gutman told attendees at the FT and The Banker’s Global Banking Summit.
