Ice Cubed Property Finance, part of the Ice3 Group, has acquired the Specialist Property Finance brand, based in Harrogate.
The deal is part of Ice3 Group’s mission to expand its reach. The Specialist Property Finance firm will now operate under the Ice3 Group umbrella brand.
Ice3 Group is a diversified financial services group delivering solutions in property finance, wealth management, and investment.
Aaron Barry, founder of Specialist Property Finance, will remain with the business for a transitional period to ensure a smooth and seamless handover for clients.
