The Met Office issued the yellow warning for wind from midnight to 7pm on Saturday.
Norfolk is being battered by winds of 55mph and some coastal areas will face gusts of up to 65mph.
In Carlton Colville, 116 homes are without power due to a high-voltage electricity line fault.
The homes lost power just before 8am and it is expected that it will be restored between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.
The NR33 7, NR33 8, NR34 7 postcode areas are affected.

UK Power Networks said: “Windy weather like we’re experiencing with Storm Amy can make things harder for our engineers, especially when trying to repair overhead cabling.”
The Newton Flotman area, near Norwich, is also suffering without power in the NR15 1 and NR15 2 postcodes.
The lights went out just after 1am for people and 52 homes are still without.
It is expected to be restored between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
Postcodes NR20 5, NR21 0, NR24 2 are also affected.

More than 150 homes near Fakenham lost power at 8pm on Friday and are still waiting for the lights to come back on and nearly 100 people lost power in Wymondham at 7.30pm on Friday.
People have been warned by the Met Office that disruption to transport is likely, as well as some short-term loss of power.
