The Birmingham-based commercial property consultancy announced Maria’s promotion following several recent successes for the property management team in Birmingham and across the region.
Johnson Fellows recently celebrated after being instructed to provide property management services at a major office development in Birmingham city centre, providing a full range of services at Quay Place – a canalside development, near Brindleyplace, comprising more than 101,000 sq ft across six office buildings.
Maria is a highly-experienced chartered surveyor specialising in property management, having worked client-side as well as in consultancy. She has worked for more than 20 years within the commercial property market, having previously been head of commercial management at a private property investment company.

Maria has managed a range of mixed commercial portfolios UK-wide, including 500,000 sq ft at Salford Quays, and her experience includes asset evaluation and disposal, professional team management, project management and cladding remediation.
At Johnson Fellows, she deals with property and investment portfolio management including service charge, insurance and database management, acting for a range of clients including national retailers, property companies, charities and private investors.
Maria said: “I’m honoured to step into this partner role. Johnson Fellows has always championed collaborative teamwork and professional excellence. I’m looking forward to this new role and exploring new growth opportunities in the evolving commercial property landscape.”
Paul Milsom, joint managing partner, said: “Maria’s unwavering commitment, technical expertise and client-first mindset have driven outstanding results. As partner, she’ll accelerate our ambitions and further solidify Johnson Fellows’ reputation for exceptional property management.”
