Catella APAM, a specialist UK real estate asset and investment manager, has secured a 10-year letting to intellectual property firm HGF at 1 City Square, Leeds.
Acting on behalf of Danish pension fund Britannia Invest, Catella APAM has let the fourth floor of the landmark building.
